Custom macramé started after approval cannot be cancelled once cord is cut; unfinished work may be postponed once without fee if you give five days’ notice.

Workshop dust is swept between sessions so light fibers do not cling to dark cords.

If a knot slips or cord frays from a studio fault within ten days of pickup, we re-tie or remake that piece; everyday hanging wear is outside that window.
